Beer is a slightly hazed mid-orange. Very generous, sudsy white head is slow to go and leaves thick lacing. Lively carbonation is evident. Smell is faint floral hops.
Taste is plain and simple but quite refreshing. This is crisp, dry, restrained pale ale with moderate bitterness coming from herbal / floral hops. Citrus is there, but barely. This is a great change of pace from so many pales where citrus beats you over the head. I would love to know what kind of hops these are.
Mouthfeel is a tad thin and stingy from the carbonation, but otherwise I would say this is a textbook pale.
