Light blonde pour, a little darker, and more orange/peach once in the glass. Medium white head falls quickly to a covering. A little active carbonation can be seen through the cloudiness. Head continues down until it's almost disappeared.
Coriander is the dominant scent. Luckily I like that smell, because that's about all I'm getting in the nose, maybe a hint of orange.
A lot of strong orange here, nice spicing with the coriander too. The wheat has a bit of a kick to it too, good acidity. Some floral hopping as well? It's nice to see they used Simcoe, but didn't let the strong flavors dominate their Wit. The citric qualities are definitely up front here, and I like the flavor of this beer quite a bit. Some creaminess comes out a little towards the bottom of my glass.
Tangy and tart, quaffable and refreshing. This is my new "outdoor around the grill" beer. This much solid flavor and only 3.4% ABV? That's just ridiculously awesome. I could drink a whole gang of these, and enjoy the last one as much as the first. Cheers!
