A: Hazy dark bronze body resting underneath a tall, long standing, eggshell-white head that leaves a lot of lacing.
S: I get some good citrus scent with a little bit of dank earthiness, just a tad catty. The scent is pretty mellow.
T: Grapefruit followed by a bit of toast. Good hop flavor but not exceedingly fresh or complex. Bitterness feels fairly low.
M: The mouthfeel is nice and easy with just enough zing from carbonation to roll over the palate and finish off very cleanly with a hint of lingering bitterness. The definition of drinkable.
O: This isn't a big bold in-your-face IIPA. You'll find good clean flavors that culminate in something that you can sit back and enjoy. I really liked that for the alcohol content, it didn't feel too malty, and didn't have any alcohol flavor. That made the drinking experience even better. I'd say that people should try and pick this one up if they like IPA's and want one with a little more ABV without having matched high IBU's.
