This beer pours a hazy pale yellow with a large three inch bright white head sitting on top. There is good head retention here as well.
The aroma is quite nice. Big citrus notes hit me up front followed by a bit of yeast. It's lightly sweet, reminiscient of candy sugar.
The taste is also quite nice. Again, citrus notes hit me up front with a touch of yeast and then slowly fade to a very light bitterness. Bready pale malt is found somewhere on the tail end as well. It's just a great beer.
The mouthfeel is medium bodied with a great gentle carbonation bubble. Really what I'm looking for in a beer like this.
Overall this beer is just great. From first sight, to scent, to taste it's a treat. I just love everything that comes out of that brewery. Keep up the good work!

This saison swings more toward the French style. Greater clarity than the Belgian type. Good bitterness, perhaps about 50 to 60 IBUs, with a mild Goldings nose and some more citrusy type of hop, like Columbus. Good hop complement to the more orange citrus profile of what I'm guessing is a French saison yeast, like Wyeast 3711. Sweet start and sweet finish, no tartness or barnyard funk, saved from stickiness by the high bitterness levels. Also, a bit of alcohol on the finish. Thick, long-lasting head. Generally refreshing as a strong French saison should be.
