750ml poured into a tulip
A - A beautiful yellow orange. Looks very belgiany. TONS of head. Actually had a little spillage on this one. Mild to moderated lacings.
S - Very fruity and yeasty. The fruits I'm getting are apple, apricot, pear, grapefruit. The yeasty aroma smells like a belgian strain, sort of like you'd get in a tripel.
T - Not sure if this is a thing, but I'd call this taste "yeast-forward". Then is moves to a more light malty/biscuity flavor. I'm not tasting the hops that the label mentions. Loads of the same fruit that I smelled on the end. Very complex taste: there's a lot going on. Some spices throughout the whole ordeal, including coriander. Can't place the others.
M - Super carbonated and light to medium bodied.
O - Very unique beer. I think this is actually my first Farmhouse ale. I'm a fan.
