Poured from a 750 ml into a goblet. The color is a golden yellow, slightly hazy, with a white head that sticks around a bit. Some lacing is left on the side of the goblet.
The aroma is very citrusy up front, and also some spice and a slight bit of tang from the yeast.
The taste is quite similar to the aroma, although more fruity. There is a nice presence from the hops in the finish that lends a strong citrus flavor to this beer. The spice character is slightly muted, although I still detect a nice tang from the saison yeast.
The mouthfeel is effervescent and finishes nice and dry, inviting more sips.
This is a great beer. While the alcohol is slightly high, it is not noticeable in any form and is a very delicious and refreshing beer.
