This beer pours a hazy yellow color with a large inch and a half bright white head. There is great head retention as well.
I really enjoy the aroma. There is a nice dose of citrusy hops and a nice spice profile as well.
The taste is great. It's got a great pale malt base with a bit of spicing followed by a touch of sweetness. There is also a gentle hop presence that is extremely drinkable but stil does it's intended job. As a matter of fact, this beer is dangerously drinkable. I think I could guzzle it down and not think twice about it. I'm diggin it.
The mouthfeel is medium bodied and highly carbonated, just what I'm looking for out of a beer with this type of Belgian influence.
Overall I think this beer is great. It's unique, tastey, aromatic, and just simply pleasing. The ABV is moderate which adds to the ease of consumption. Really a great beer, and it's great in this summer heat.
