Poured into a chalice.
Like butterscotch topped with pure white foam, this beer is absolutely beautiful. Vibrant and simple. It suffers only from a lack of retention. The aroma is sublime. A perfect balance of a healthy amount of hops, malts and yeast strains, with the malts really dominating. It's very close to a tripel, with strong hops being the differing factor. There is a beautiful bouquet of fruits, most notably orange peel and lemon along with some coriander. But>>>>>>>>>the taste is so disappointing. All the right flavors are there, but the coriander is too strong right away and the pepper is too strong in the finish. Distracting and unbalanced flavors take this away from being an amazing beer. The mouthfeel is appropriate, but it can't save the taste, which is still good, but underwhelming for this kind of project.
