Hazy bright lemon yellow color. [edit: after three weeks in the crowler the color turned into a darker, chicken stock/ chicken broth color. But the carbonation was still excellent - foamed up like a latte, with billowing craters.] Juicy, but somewhat subdued smell. Spongy, soft, fleshy feel. Feels like biting into a soft overripe mango fruit. Mango and peach notes are most prominent and first, followed by sharper grapefruit and pineapple. Papaya. Finish has some sticky, resiny dankness. Some bitterness on the finish, not full out juice. Alcohol presence is not there. Super addictive, super drinkable ipa. Just lovely. Could never get tired of this. BUT, I did prefer the Astro Zombie single IPA from Aslin over this. All of their IPAs are very close, though.

Murky dishsoapy color with nice head. It has a very soft mouthfeel and very full bodied. Dry finish for sure. Lots and lots of flavor for a 6% abv IPA. I'm impressed as I always am with Aslin beers. Would definitely recommend.

Canned 2/7/17; drank 3/10/17 @ the Yarchives.

Opaque orange appearance.

A rough pour yielded a HUGE off-white head; frothy lace.

Melon, banana & apple notes in the nose.

Soft, medium mouthfeel.

Orange citrus & dry yeast flavors up front; dry wheat notes on the finish.

I liked the nose & the mouthfeel, but the was too dry to really enjoy. Drinkable, but not that enjoyable.

Pours an opaque orange with a little white tint to it. It has a finger and a half of dense, white foam that retains well. Aroma is orange, papaya, guava, grapefruit and yeast. Flavor profile leads with grapefruit, and then fades into orange, papaya, guava and yeast. Big citrus and tropical fruit notes all around. Mouth feel has a little grit and grain within the silty, pillowy texture. It has a medium thickness. Overall, big tropical fruit notes that have a little more grit and zest to them compared with many other NE IPAs. An intriguing beer that isn't just slippery smooth, still, and juice-like.

Poured into a 16oz stemless Aslin glass. Reviewed with my cat eyes in (Always Sunny puns).

16 oz can poured into a snifter. Classic NEIPA look - turbid bright golden color with a modest white head. Nice foamy splotches in the glass. The nose was OJ like citrus but also with a floral quality - even lavender - and some dank resin. Bright citrus taste with some earthy and floral notes. Very soft bitterness and a soft feel. Excellent beer.
