Pours a deep, complex ruby red with a nice creamy head of about 2 fingers. Smell is a mixture of dried fruits, roasted malts and some peatiness/earthy tones. Tastes full in the mouth with hints of the fruits, some nuts, maybe a coffee or rich caramel. Finishes big but smooth. A very drinkable beer especially for a Triple.

Pours a deep ruby red color with an off white almost tan head that fades leaving a nice amount of lacing around the glass.
Smell is of roasted malts, caramel, and rubbing alcohol.
Taste is of caramel and roasted malts up front, brown sugar, followed by a dry veggie aftertaste. Alcohol warms as it goes down. Various other spices in there as well. Some flavors are a bit hard to describe.
The taste overall of the beer is great, the finish has a nice dryness but there is a strange aftertaste that doesn't fit.
