3rd year this variety has been released. Features honey and acacia. Best by date: Jan. 30, 2011.

A-Pours clear golden amber with nice off-white head and average retention.

S-Sweet malty backbone with strong floral notes and light fruit. Faint honey becomes more apparent at the end.

T-Dominated by malty profile, slightly sweet with strong floral notes, dry finish with toasty aftertaste.

M-Moderate body, average carbonation, decent balance between sweet aroma and flavors and toasted malt and dry hops.

D-Refreshing and harmonious. I'm not typically a big Pelforth fan but this variety is decent. (613 characters)

Served on-draught into Pelforth stemware in Saint Die, France. Reviewed from notes taken in Summer 2010.

A: Pours a half finger head of no cream, bad thickness, and forty second retention. Colour is a clear blonde.

Sm: Slight caramel. Barley. That's it. Simple, boring, and bland.

T: Barley with a small amount of cream and some poorly executed malty notes. Simple but some refreshing character is present. Poorly balanced. Built crappily for the style.

Mf: Coarse, sharp, and wet, with some out of place artificial smoothness on the finish.

Dr: Easy to drink, but of low quality. 2.20 euro is a high price by French standards in this region, and I wouldn't pay it again. The hint of cream is the only good aspect of this forgettable beer.

I'd say not suitable for beer lovers (but that's just what I think) (67 characters)
