Appearance: Optically clear copper-amber body. Thin off-white head fades quickly to a wispy cap with drippy lace.
Smell: Sweet malt and carmelized sugar. Whiff of butterscotch.
Taste: Sweet and toasted malts with fruity sugars to start. Medium bodied at the top. Dries minimally with some citrus hops and a lingering malt aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied. Medium/course carbonation.
Drinkability: Very enjoyable. I had several... although somewhat on the sweet side for a long session.
Serving type: on-tap

This particular brew has a magnificent dark amber appearance, though little or no head. The amber has a mild, sweet aroma, nothing special. The taste was disappointing for me quite watery in both mouthfeel and taste. Somewhat sweet at first, hints of citrus and carmel then fades to an okay alcoholic taste. I was expecting a bit more from this beer- I do enjoy my amber ales. I will finish this bottle but will not go back for seconds.
I would recommend to a girl.
