This beer was poured from a bottle to a chilled glass.
A - I really like the appearance of this amber. Its color is exactly that, amber. The color really intrigues me to take a drink. No real lacing on the glass. Soon after pouring there is a head about a finger thick, minutes later the head dissipates to a thin ring around the glass.
S - This amber ale has a slightly floral scent, with hints of caramel.
T - The taste of this one gives off a slightly fruit flavor, like an orange. Noticeable bitterness but not overpowering. The after taste lingers with caramel. Slightly watery but still flavorful. This beer tastes very similarly to its smell. I really enjoy the first few seconds after swallowing a sip of this beer.
M - In the mouth it feels slightly thick, but watery if that makes sense. Plenty of carbonation, goes down pretty easily. You definitely feel the carbonation in the back of the throat.
O - This beer isn't anything to write home about, but it definitely isn't bad. I really enjoy the caramel flavors that you get in the after taste. The color of the beer is also quite nice. I wouldn't have a problem drinking this again but I'm in no rush to go out and buy more. I'd say give it a try if you're into ambers.
