Robust rusty brown color, nice clarity, very minimal head and retention, but was whitish while lasted.
Malty aroma, some hints of raisin, no hops or other major aromatics.
Malty with raisin, but not as malty as aroma indicated. Nice malt/hop bitterness balance. Finishes fairly dry and clean.
Moderate body with moderately high carbonation. Very smooth on the palate with no hints of astringency.
Overall a very nice malty beer, but well attenuated and balanced. Can't believe it is only 4% ABV, but if so it packs a wallop of flavor into such a small package.
