Thanks again to koopa for providing this beer in a recent trade.
This beer poured slightly hazy and was a bright gold color. The head was fluffy, thick and the consistency of whipped egg whites. A ton of lacing remained in the glass after the beer was consumed.
Aroma was of light fruit and grain. It was slightly sweet and definitely had a fresh aspect to it.
The taste was light, crisp, refreshing and had a slight bread flavor and also that of subtle fruits. Light berries and other fruit flavors. There was a creamy texture to the beer and this matched nicely with the hop ending.
Mouth feel was light, fresh , slightly creamy as noted above and the carbonation added to the refreshing nature.
Very drinkable. It really drank more like a Kolsch than and APA to me. But I enjoyed it.
