Slightly chill hazed golden colored ale with a small white head. There are slight amber hues here but I will call this gold.
Smell is sweet and quite grainy with a pleasant herbal aroma. This is really a British style Pale Ale, the scent here is all English style hops, no pine or citrus detected. Little bit of honeysuckle aroma is in this but it isn't quite flowery smelling.
The taste starts off malty and buttery with a lot of grain flavor. There is a faint flower flavor here but I can't quite ID it. The best I can describe it as the subtle nuances of honey after it has been completely fermented. I would guess they dry hopped with Fuggles. Not much bitterness but this is crisp.
Mouthfeel is good.
A very tasty beer that doesn't really taste like an APA. This is very lager like in all aspects and I could almost call it a cream ale. Still this is quite tasty if not to style.
