Poured from a 12 oz bottle to the pint glass
Appearance: Straw gold pale with ample white head.
Aroma: Bready sweetness with some honey
Flavor: Biscuity and bready. THe middle is malty mixed with citrus tones, which then leads to a mildy bitter and acidic finish. Doesn't have any strong hop backbone like other APAs, but does restrain from fruity or overly sweet malts that might confuse it for a stronger IPA
Serving type: bottle
