A: Clear, lighter shade of orange-amber with a modest head.
S: Mainly pale and caramel malts; sweet and fruity.
T: Sweet and malty. A little spruce, but it's very subtle. Simple biscuit flavor with a touch of bitterness.
M: Light-bodied, slightly sticky with medium carbonation.
Have not had this beer for six or seven years, but liked it better in the past. Not bad, but a tad boring. I remember this as a littler darker, more flavorful, and around 7%. Now it seems a little closer to the amber and not something I would seek out.
