From a bottle poured into a Pint glass.
Look - Slightly murky, rich amber color. About 2 fingers of off-white foam that dissipates slowly. Good carbonation.
Smell - Not much of a discernable aroma except for a slight hint of hops, probably American hops, maybe Cascade.
Taste and Mouthfeel - Mostly hoppy, but with only slight bitterness at the finish. There's an earthy spice/kick to it that I can't narrow down, maybe the "spruce tips" suggested on the bottle. Texture is slightly toward the creamier side, and there's a filmy aftertaste left on the lips.
Drinkability - Interesting brew. Would love to try this fresh from a tap in Juneau someday.
