Slightly off-white head falls quickly to a thin film on this beer. And the color is a murky amber.
Nose is slightly sweet spruce sap and needles, malt, grapefruit and orange. It probably will display more as it opens up, as it has in times past, but I don't have time to do that right now.
Has a very unique taste, along the lines of what I've already mentioned but with an added dimension of young saplings with soft green bark.
The medium to medium/light bodied beer is enjoyable and interesting, although it would not be unpleasant to drink more than one at a session, it wouldn't be something I would do.
