Clear golden hued with a tight white head fueled by jets of CO2. Retention and lacing are both on the low-side.
Bready malt aroma backed with a fruitier notes of apples and limes. Hops also add a tempered flare of pine and florality.
It enters the mouth with a snappy, soup-cracker dry malt canvas. It gradually gains humidity and fattens towards toasted white bread. Apple sauce fruitiness midway, with a few other fruity glints of pineapple, pear, and kiwi. Hops bring lemon rinds, lime leaves, pine needles, and flowers. The hop flavor is moderated and breezy, but there's a solid slap of bitterness.
Light body, well carbonated without being gassy or over-charged.
It's fairly templatic, simple and light for the style, but it's strong suit is drinkability. I imagine it'd be perfect for that muggy Alaskan climate.
