Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. 03/18/09.
Pours a bright clear golden color with a finger of bubbly white head. The head dropped quickly to a thin layer, decent retention. Aroma has green apple, subtle malt, and floral hop.
Taste starts with sweet honey and bready malt, which is quickly accompanied by a slightly sweet fruitiness. That is followed by floral hops and a very subtle grassy hop flavor. Feel is light-medium bodied with plenty of carbonation. Very crisp, clean and dry finish. Very mild bitterness. Drinkability is very good - quite sessionable.
This would be great to have on a hot summer day. Very refreshing.
