12 oz. bottle, great label,
A: Pours an off-clear, is that a term, goldenrod/orange with a finger of fizzy white head, doesn't really look like a wit, but not a bad beer appearance.
S: Spice mostly, coriander, white pepper, wheat.
T: The flavour is really dominated by wheat and coriander, very light orange at the end, no real yeast notes.
M: Crisp, relatively clean finish, relatively smooth, light-bodied for sure.
D: Usually I like my wits to have a little more orange/fruit flavours in them. This one was a little to spicy and dry for me. Almost like a mix of an APWA and a wit. Just average.
