Appearance: Hard pour yields a reasonable head of white foam that manages to linger a respectable amount of time. Golden, slightly hazy brew, minimal carbonation.
Smell: light fruit, yeast, hay
Taste: The wheat is evident up front, but more subtle notes of citrus and spice come out as the beer warms on the palate.
Mouthfeel: Slightly sharp, with a lingering finish of bitterness on the tongue.
Drinkability: Certainly a fine choice from the bulk of mainstream US "microbrews". Makes for a good spring/summer brew.
Serving type: bottle
