Poured from a bottle into a Pilsener glass.
Look - slightly pale golden color, a little murky, with about 2 fingers worth of slightly darker off-white foam that dissipates slowly. Lots of carbonation.
Smell - slight wheaty smell with a hint of citrus and other spices. Maybe some orange peel too.
Taste and Mouthfeel - more of the spices come out in the initial taste, but I can't quite identify them. Maybe corriander, but I'm not sure. More citrusy in the middle and end, and a bit musky in the finish. The texture is pretty well-balanced, but leans a little more toward the watery side.
Overall - not a bad brew in general, but also not terribly complex, although still interesting to taste. Would go well with a Thai meal or something like that.
