This beer pours a hazy medium golden yellow colour, with one finger of foamy, soapy white head, which leaves a thin ring of lace around the glass as it quickly abates. It smells of floral, sugary grain, with a bit of coriander and yeast. The taste is weirdly herbal, over a soft wheaty malt, and coriander spice. The carbonation is moderate, the body medium weight, a bit spritzy, and it finishes pretty dry, the herbal weirdness still holding court.
One of the strangest witbiers that I've come across, and very difficult to describe in detail. Almost medicinal, in its initial sweetness. Hmmm. Not something I would want to pursue.
