Cellar temperature in a tulip.
It has a pretty, transluscent golden-amber body and a soft, two-finger white head.
An inviting aroma of bready malt, spruce trees, and orange peel here. A nicely dank hop smell.
The flavor has a great initial burst of zesty citrus which gradually dries into resinous pine needles and biscuity, bready maltiness. An excellent harmony of IPA flavors presented in sufficient imperial intensity.
For feel, it has a bright carbonation which brings the hoppiness to life, and a medium to full body. Feels right.
A delightfully well-done DIPA.

Dark amber, very clear with a fluffy two finger head of egg shell white. The head retention is very good and leaves a couple of rings of lacing on the glass.
Tight malt profile of bready malt and some caramel sweetness. Hops are floral with light, bright citrus/pine, green pear juices and a bit of wintergreen.
Caramel malt is full and more than enough balance for the hops. Sweet lemon grass, orange citrus and breezy pine, floral hops but overly lacking for a DIPA. Alcohol is minimal. Finish expresses a layer of sweet cereal grains and sweet citrus.
Medium bodied, very smooth carbonation. Lemony aftertaste is only slightly drying, still rather clean and pretty well hidden alcohol.
While not unpleasant at all this beer is lacking in hop prowess. It's smooth and malty with some nice variance in the aroma.
