On tap at San Marcos Brewery. This is called Wild Cover Honey Ale and it's a Cream Ale
A: Golden blond and perfectly transparent with a minuscule white froth that quickly dissipates.
S: Toasted malt with a dash of biscuit and light honey notes.
T: Cracker and biscuit with noticeable honey flavor. Bitterness is very low. Maybe a touch of toasted malt with a light sweetness.
M: Light body with lower high carbonation. Mouthfeel is crisp and dry.
Overall: Innocuous, but no flaws. It's hard to really think too much about this one.

Bottel purchased at the brewery. silky smooth white head devolopes above a light copper to amber in the core. Smelled like an amber with some more infection odor.
This one hid the problem better than most I"ve had here but it was still evident. There is some heavily toasted bread type malts. Fruitiness mixed with some sweet sweet honey is the highlight of this beer. It counter punches with the toasted malts to combine very nicely. The problem...QC
Notes: The second best offering from this brewer in my opinion.

A nice little specialty beer that looked grat with a hazy amber body, nice off-white head, and great lacing. The aroma is nothing special and I didn't note any honey in the smell. The taste is basically a sweet malty affair with a surprising bit hopping in the finish. The feel is a tad thin and watery. Drinkable and refreshing, but not a great beer.
