From notes, on tap at the brewpub in Lake Havasu over spring break.
Pour is a standard hefe cloudy golden yellow under a short snow-white head.
Nose is light, but exhibits typical notes of clove/spice and citrus, light on the banana.
Taste is more Blue Moon than hefeweizen - sweet coriander/clove and malt.
Body is medium and mouthfeel is dry - again more wit than hef.
Not a bad beer, refreshing as can be, but certainly not the most authentic hef.

Draught @ Papago
The beer pours a limpid gold color, the head average in size, semi-creamy in texture and a bright white color the lace forms a satisfactory sheet upon the glass. Nose is sweet malt with a light hint of wheat, crisp, fresh and clean, the start is sweet, light in feel top. Finish is moderately carbonated, hops are light in their spiciness, dry aftertaste, while a beer made for those Horrid Lake Havasu summers, its just a bit To Thin, to get much appreciation from me, but nonetheless drinkable, and thats not all bad.
