Our most thirst quenching and refreshing beer. An unfiltered blond wheat beer with clean hints of lemon. Our summertime specialty beer that is sure to cool the Havasu heat!

From notes, on tap at the brewpub in Lake Havasu over spring break.

Pour is a standard hefe cloudy golden yellow under a short snow-white head.

Nose is light, but exhibits typical notes of clove/spice and citrus, light on the banana.

Taste is more Blue Moon than hefeweizen - sweet coriander/clove and malt.

Body is medium and mouthfeel is dry - again more wit than hef.

Not a bad beer, refreshing as can be, but certainly not the most authentic hef.

Draught @ Papago

The beer pours a limpid gold color, the head average in size, semi-creamy in texture and a bright white color the lace forms a satisfactory sheet upon the glass. Nose is sweet malt with a light hint of wheat, crisp, fresh and clean, the start is sweet, light in feel top. Finish is moderately carbonated, hops are light in their spiciness, dry aftertaste, while a beer made for those “Horrid Lake Havasu” summers, it’s just a bit “To Thin”, to get much appreciation from me, but nonetheless drinkable, and that’s not all bad.
