Partially cloudy, light amber colored body; very lively carbonation with some particulates; thin white head yet lasting. Smells a bit like orange and seawater; a touch of citrus sweetness. Lovely sweet and tart flavors; fresh orange; a touch of salt. Medium-light body; sharp, acidic and tangy; bubbly.
For a nice change of pace, a refreshing gose beer can do the trick. This beer nicely balances the aromas and taste. Very tasty overall.

Bottle:
Pours a fairly clear yellow gold with an orange hue. No head once it settles, and none forthcoming with a swirl.
Nose definitely has an orange zest nature to it. The wheat comes through, and there is the lightest salinity to the beer.
Taste has a background thread of lactic tartness. Joining this is a nice orange zest, and a rather light grain note. A light saltiness hits the edges of my tongue.
Light and refreshing, tartness gets a little strong in the end, squeezing the back of my tongue a tad.
The orange is a nice part of this beer. As with the gooseberry, this is a little extra tart (though not at all as sour as the comparison beer.

Appearance: Pours cloudy and golden colored, with a white head that dissipates quickly
Smell: Orange aromatics with a hint of coriander
Taste: Tart orange, from the outset, with acetic character developing; after the swallow, the salt and coriander make an appearance
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with high carbonation; had to give it a good swirl
Overall: A very nice gose that uses the fruit very effectively
