You may be asking yourself why there is a flower on the label of an apricot beer. Well, the tree must blossom in order to fruit. Conversely, this beer blossoms when it is fruited. Juicy, delicate, and oh so perfect, no matter the season.

Hazy old color with just a thin ring of white foam.
The aroma is tart fresh apricots with a touch of apple vinegar.
The taste is acidic fresh apricots, somewhat sweet but with a definite vinegar note that is unexpectedly refreshing.
The body is light and easy to drink.
Altogether, this is a very interesting and enjoyable brew for me at least, maybe not to everyone's taste, definitely not your usual beer.

12 oz can, no date, into Crooked Stave glass.
Hazy peach color with a thin ring of head.
Aroma of sour vinegar and apricot gummies; hints of maris otter and hints of vanilla pudding.
Flavor has a medium level of sourness and slight pucker; the fruit underneath is softer and less prominent but comprises the rest of the beer that isn't vinegar. Sour culture, mild juicy peach flesh, some apricot candy, and a hint of bready malt.
Feel is puckering and acidic with moderate carbonation and a drying clinging finish. Drinks fast.
Overall, a pretty good sour but not nearly as good as Tea Weiss. I don't think anything I've had from Crane in a sour has been that good. Tea Weiss is hard to top.
Price paid : $13.99 / 6 pack
Would buy again : nah

A: The beer is rather hazy yellow in color. It poured with just a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of sour apricots are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste is quite sour and has strong notes of apricot flavors.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has more sourness than apricots but is easy to drink and has a good amount of tartness in the mouthfeel.
Serving type: can

Poured out a slightly hazy golden yellow color with a tiny fizzy head of foam. It smelled of tart, fresh apricots. Nice apricot flavor with a yeasty bite. Nice and tart with a puckering finish.
