Visited for a couple of their decent macro beers. A nice traditional beer hall, but hardly the place for diversity. The prices are moderate, so it is well worth a visit.

I decided to go on a bit of a hike while in Prague and found myself at this massive brewery. It takes up a long city block. The building is older with some architectural flair. It seems really well maintained. The neighborhood is industrial as expected but was safe and busy.
I didn't have time for a full blown tour, so I just went to their attached pub & restaurant.
The entrance is off the side street and you go down to the two level pub. It is a really stunning place with lots of dark wood, brick, old brewery artifacts, etc. They also had samples of the different malts and hops they use on display. The ceiling lighting was unique. It was square backlit pictures of the brewery and Prague. Some of the light/photos change to show the same scenes at different times of the day.
I guess they have an outdoor garden area but I was there in January.
They had 5 beers on tap during my visit all served in great marked glassware. I had the garnet and their unfiltered lager. .4 Liter mugs of Beers were 200 Crowns, which during my visit was just about $2 USD.
Service was friendly and the woman even took photos of me behind the bar.
They offer Czech pub food that is very well priced.
I really enjoyed my visit and I think most folks would.
