Manny's is an outstanding beer! The first time I had it was about 7 years ago at the 74th St Ale House in Greenwood. It's local and I liked the red 'Manny ball' logo on the tap handle so I checked it out and have ordered it over all others whenever it's available ever since. I even have the t-shirt!
It's a nice orange-y color and beautifully cloudy from being unfiltered. It has the perfect amount of malty sweetness and the best hop flavor I've ever tasted in a beer. Flavor, not 'bitter beer face' bitterness. This is what beer should taste like in my book.
They recently moved and got some new equipment. I think that in the weeks leading up to the relocation there was an adjustment period while the brewers got to know the new machinery. The beer at the time was a little more clear and a little more bitter. But I've had Manny's again recently it seems that they've now dialed it in perfectly and are again putting out the original, delicious formula.
If you see the red Manny's ball among the tap handles, definitely order one. You'll be glad you did!

My favorite beer. Perfect blend of hoppiness, bitterness, and maltiness. Hits all your mouth senses and makes you feel like you are drinking a beer and not just having a cold one. What a beer should look, taste, and feel like in my opinion. All the beers are Georgetown are worth tasting, but Manny's is the creme de la creme.
