Tried this off cask at the brewery during Tour and Taste Thursday. Pours a thin amber with a few big bubbles and virtually no head. Smell is slightly different than Bell Ringer (my favorite Rockers' offering) and full of sweetness, bourbon and alcohol. Taste is well balanced between the sweetness of the malt and bitterness of the hops with a nice warming woody/bourbon finish which is a quite enjoyable change of pace. Mouthfeel is rich and has pleanty of carbonation. Drinkability was incredible, it was definitely the most popular beer pouring that night! Would recommend this beer, but I doubt anyone would be able to find it outside of the brewery.

White oak chips soaked in Maker's Mark Bourbon. Had at the brewery during one of their taste and tour events. Served from firkin into an RJ Rockers shaker. Poured orange with a minimal white head. Maintained decent lacing throughout. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, wood chips, and a very slight bourbon note. The flavor was of sweet malt, wood, nutty, and a very slight bourbon on the followthrough. It had a light feel on the palate with low carbonation. Overall this was a pretty nice brew. The white oak and bourbon aspect of this one definitely added a very nice flavor and aroma to the regular Bell Ringer and helps to bring all of the flavors together much better. This one is a definite must try if they brew it again.
