Checked this place out a bit back. It is quit a bit out of my way but I am checking everywhere for a new shop to use. They had a great selection of everything from wine making to beer brewing. They had a large selection of base malts and and quit a few adjuncts but did not go beyond that. I asked for some acidulated makt and the guy at the counter stared at me for @ 2 minutes before asking what it even was. When I explained he just simply said "Huh, never heard of it. Is that all your buying then, the yeast?" When I said yes he just checked me out and didn't even say thanks, have a nice day or even screw off. He just turned around and walked away.
I can say they have a good selction of equipment and some local brew offerings.

This place was my first homebrewing store i not only purchased from but also ever even been to. So I have some fond memories of this place. Great homebrewing selection and excellent helpful service. Also have a small but good selection of craft brews. Quite the selection of wine tho. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for supplies or possibly hard to find craft brews.

So I've lived down the street from Gentile's for a year now, but I only just made it in there for the first time recently when I decided to start homebrewing. I was really impressed! I managed to get everything I needed for my first time brewing, and it was really reasonably priced. I had done quite a bit of research before heading into the store, but the guys working were more than willing to help me with my little questions. It's a small shop, but they have quite a bit of stuff in stock, even a grain mill. I'll definitely be heading back.

Gentiles is a great place to go if you are interested in home brewing. They have an excellent selection of yeasts and hops, and a good selection of malts. They have a malt grinder available for use if you don't have one, so you don't have to buy the pre-ground stuff which might have lost some potency because of storage time. They have just about all of the equipment you might need to start brewing with or without a kit, so you can customize your setup a bit. They also have a good amount of flavoring, hard to find herbs, and water treatments if you are doing that sort of thing.

The beer selection is excellent, but due to space, they may not have a huge volume of beers available.

Everyone here has been super cool and friendly, and if ever I couldn't find a certain malt or hop that I planned on using, they can help find adequate replacements so you don't have to tweak your recipe much.

Before you collect your homebrew stuff, order a pizza at momma mimi's - then cook it while you homebrew...so good!

Due to the lack of beer stores on the west-side of Columbus, I usually stop here on my way home from work, as it's somewhat on-the-way. It's a decent option if you're in the area, but there are better options worth going to if you're from out of town.

The service is usually pretty decent, however, you can get snarky remarks if you're asking a question they're heard several times throughout the day, or if someone is in a bad mood. It really all depends on who you're talking to. I will say I've received excellent help on a few homebrewing questions when I've asked. Their selection of ingredients is fairly decent, and by far the best option for me convenience wise. The beer selection isn't overwhelming due to a lack of space, but there are good options available, and they seem to get small amounts of limited releases. The wine selection seems to be exceptional - if it matters to you.

The shop is a little cramped for me, being a big guy, but they have a pretty good setup for the small area they have available to them. In the end, if you're driving by, stop in.

Atmosphere- Real old school charm that you see a lot around grandview. The store has been open under the same name since 1953. Smiling faces, great smell of pizza and a cozy layout.

Quality- the quality of the brew supply is very good, the quality of the beers that they do stock is also very good. On top of this they are very willing to try to order in anything they do not have, do not require a minimum purchase on special orders, and they do not charge any extra for doing so.

The service at gentile's is near perfect. Most employees of the store know an impeccable amount about beer and brewing, and even wine (if your into that kinda stuff). The only problem seems to be that they at some points are understaffed and have trouble circulating in these instances.

Selection- If you keep in mind that this is a wine seller first, a homebrew store second, and a beer store third the selection is very good. They have a walk-in near the front not everyone knows is open to customers that is full of imports, as well as a cooler near the front with bombers and singles. They have a wall of coolers in the back that is not overwhelming in size however most of it is committed to crafts (they clear space by not caring beers such as miller 64, budlime, millwaukees best and such), however you are able to find 6, 12, and 24 packs of bud, miller, yeungling, and even 6's of PBR high life and a few others (again if your into that kind of stuff). They keep a great selection of Ohio beers and make sure to get any exciting new release available to Ohio. like I said earlier they will order in anything they don't have if it's available. They also sell 5 gal. Kegs of craft and make sure to always keep Ohio represented. Hops selection great. Liquid and dry yeasts, great selection of malt and equipment.

Food- gentile's themselves do not sell any food or party snacks (don't let the dated sign fool you), however they do rent a small part of the store to mama Mimi's an award winning take and bake pizza business.

Value- brew supply pricing blows anywhere else in the city out of the water! Beer is very reasonable. The wine is well priced too if you must know.

They do not do growlers.

Gentile's, with it's convenient location to campus, has become a "must-stop" for me as both a beer buyer and homebrewer. I can give run downs of each.

Homebrewing: Superb. Just about everything you could possibly want to homebrew. Plenty of malts, extracts, grains, supplies, hops, etc. Even have some kits available if that's your route, but I'd be skeptical of freshness. Prices are very reasonable, and especially considering you don't have to pay for shipping as you would when having to buy from Midwest or something like that.

Beer: The selection is not overwhelming. But if you don't think Gentile's gets the good stuff, you're wrong. All the big releases hit Gentile's, and they also seem to stay on the shelves a little longer than for instance Weiland's or Anderson's where new releases fly off the shelf in a few hours (if they even make it to the shelf)

That said, Gentile's doesn't always get a TON of beer. They may only get a case or two of something good, but the freshness I never worry about.

Their service is superb, always incredibly nice when I walk in, and they know their beer and wine. Great place to stop

The score wont show it but this is my favorite store to buy homebrew supplies in Columbus.

Pros:Best selection of dry yeast and White Labs liquid in town
Best selection of hops in town overall. Niel House has a better selection of whole hops
Best Selection of DM/LME/Grains in town. Niel house is slightly cheaper per lb for grains.
They carry a large selection of Brewers Best Kits
The owner is nice
Prices are reasonable and only slightly more expensive then most homebrew websites.

Cons:I bought two defective bottle washers at the shop, after the second one I learned all you have to do is hold the slide and shake it to tell if it is defective. If you dont hear the ball bearing rattle it is stuck.
It took 3 trips before I realized they had Hops and Liquid yeast behind the counter in the fridge.
Service has been poor from everyone but the owner/manager.

If you go for the first time ask them if you can take a look in the cooler at the hops/yeast. I believe the owner is a short older guy in his 40's, he helped me the last time I was their and was super cool. He had a funny way of selling GL Christmas ale to customers that had me cracking up. Now the other younger guys at the counter have never gone out of their way to help me out even if I ask beside pointing to some area of the store.

This is a favorite spot for me. I brew and they have supplies. I always get help and ideas for the brewing as well as wine. They have a beer case in the back jammed full of many different imports, domestic, locals and crafts. They also have a cse up front with singles, if they don't have it they usually can get it. Then ask again because they have special hidden in the fridge behind the desk, including kegs! They recently had Buckeye lake brewing and Rockmill Brewing singles I always find something here that just says take me home.

Agree with a previous comment, this place is not a beer store but more a wine store and very good home brew supply store. Having said that what beer they do have is a good selection of craft beers.

From a home brewing perspective they have a great assortment of grains, lots of LME & DME. Good selection of hops, both pellets and leaf, good selection of liquid and dry yeast.

The couple of times I've visited the guy at the counter did know a bit about brewing and their inventory.

This is my go to place for supplies, they have a grinder, you grind your own grain, tell them how much you have and they take your word for it, don't re-weigh anything, which is very cool.

Very eclectic place, have a pizza kitchen there as well

--THIS IS NOT A BEER STORE THIS IS A HOMEBREW SUPPLY AND WINE SELLER--

Just wanted to clear that up :P

The fact they have beer is sort of an afterthought and the beer selection they have is fairly impressive considering what they are. They tend to carry the limited run brews and collaborations like the Green Tea IPA that Stone did with the Japanese beer companies or Life and Limb the limited run from Sierra Nevada and DFH. The regular six pack collection is limited to about 5 coolers in the back and the good stuff is either kept on the counter where the registers are or in the front coolers where you'll find a mix of import and fancy Belgian bottle brews. If you are trying to get a limited run beer you can ask them for it and they will try their best to get it.

I visited Gentile's back in summer when I was first starting to get my home brewing equipment. I ended up here after my thoroughly disappointing visit to The Winemaker's Shop(see review on that page) and this is my experience to contrast what someone posted in their 2009 review of these places and I just wanted to clear something up.

If those statements were true in 2009 they are definitely the opposite now.

Gentile's has an impressive supply of hops both whole and pellet in a ton of varieties from a ton of companies. They have a good selection of dry and liquid yeast. They also have a great selection of brewers best kits for the newbie.

I can't imagine them not having chocolate malt now... considering the many barrels of malt in the home brew area available(they even sell the huge bags of pale malt for you to stock up on) to you when you make the inevitable move to all grain(they even sell the BIAB bags). I have never had any problems with their mill either and I don't believe it is operated by a power drill(looks like a toggle switch but it could all be hidden inside the table). The staff knows what they're doing and have pretty good insights for you and if they don't know consult someone who is browsing the brewing section as everyone I have encountered is really friendly and loves to talk brewing. Rarely am I the only person there shopping the brewing section regardless of what time I go.

They have everything you could need from Yeast Nutrients to various common spices for brewing. You will find Irish Moss and all the required chemicals/ingredients to adjust water hardness and PH when and if you ever get to that point in brewing. They have a nice selection of brewing books though I have never bought any from them.

The best part is that while they sell starter kits with a generous discount they also sell everything individually and I have since acquired 5 fermenters of various sizes including 3 gallons glass carboys for doing small BIAB batches and cider.

I have told everyone since that you shouldn't waste your time with The Winemaker's Shop and that's the same thing I'm going to tell you. Apparently today to get chocolate malt from the Winemaker's shop you have to special order it in advance(the impression I was given on my first visit).

Gentile's has it all and they have it all right now. I have never had to request anything I needed that they didn't have. This is a store dedicated to brewing beer and they show it.

PS. If you can't find hops or liquid yeast you need to ask to see the cooler. It wasn't obvious to us until we asked someone. Also if you think they don't have something ask where it is and if they don't have it they can probably order it for you.

I really want to like this shop, but there are better beer-stores in Columbus, and Cleveland and Cincinnati both offer better than the best Columbus has to offer. Still, this is one of a few games in town for homebrew supplies, and probably has the most comprehensive assortment in town (that I've seen), although it is no great shakes and Listermann's in Cincinnati blows it away from that perspective. Still, it's respectable for this town, and I am grateful to have a place for homebrew supplies.

Like all homebrew shops, it is not in a glamorous part of town. A good 20 feet of cooler space, all devoted to craft beer, yet I couldn't find anything interesting enough to buy.

Homebrew supplies took up a full aisle, but there was hardly a limitless selection. Turn seemed a bit limited.

This place is nice inside and the staff seemed helpful. The cashier I chatted with was also a homebrewer, which is a nice thing.

I'd recommend it, but only as a "local recommendation." If you're just passing through Columbus, this place is probably not worth getting off the interstate to hunt down.

I stopped in here because I have never been to a home brew shop and I also wanted to check out their beer and wine racks.

This is a really quaint little shop at the corner of King and North Star in Grandview. They have a little bit of parking outside. The lot is small but plenty for a tiny little shop like this.

They bake and serve pizzas here, sell wine, beer, beer brewing ingredients as well as wine making equipment. I was greeted buy a young guy, about my age, working the pizza counter as I walked in.

Go past the counter and there is a small shelf and single cooler to the right that separates the pizza counter area from the wine racks. They had Sam Adams Longshot and some English, American and German bombers and singles in this area.

Venture further into the store and you will find the rest of the beer in the very back. A row of coolers houses all the 6 packs.

Typical Bell's, Founder's, Dogfish and the usual Ohio suspects are accounted for. I left with a 4 pack of Immort Ale. This is the first place I have seen this along with Longshot in town (but I wasnt really looking).

Prices for beer seem to be approaching steep. The 4 pack of Immort was marked at $15.99.

Behind the few racks of wines is where the beer homebrew ingredients and equipment is located. I walked through here very briefly, but saw plenty of empty bottles, caps, yeasts, bungs, tubes, growlers and even vanilla beans and other spices.

I stopped by this place with the family as my dad tried to impress me with the local homebrew shop that has some beers.

Overall it is a nice little place but nothing special.

The service was good very nice and friendly not sure about their knowledge. They had fair selection of home-brew materials.

The beers were quite a bit lacking though. They had a decent selection of craft 6 packs but it wasn't stuff crazy rare, just some decent staples. They had a few singles but nothing exciting.

My biggest complaint with their craft selection was that 90% of it was in the cooler. This is a huge pet peeve of mine.

I love this place. I get many of my home brew supplies here and the staff is always helpful. Prices are fair and the selection is decent. It's a wine/beer shop more than a home brew shop so try to keep that in mind. Their home brewing supply selection isn't exceptional but they have had everything I've needed.

Last time I went in the guy in the checkout lane before me had chosen a bottle of wine. The clerk (after talking to the customer who seemed a bit of a wine novice) actually suggested a different bottle of wine that was more what he was looking for and cheaper to boot. Thats right the clerk actually ruined a sale to make the customer happy. That is honesty you dont see every day.

I recently went to Gentile's to pick up ingredients for an All-Grain brown ale. I chose Gentile's because they are close to my place of employ and because they were open late enough. Being that this was my first all-grain since moving to the Columbus area, I hadn't had a chance to check out other establishments.

I was very disappointed with the grain, hops, and yeast selection of this place. Not only did they not have a thorough selection of grain, but their mill was just plain awful. It was driven with an electric power drill which had way too much slop in it to give a consistent crush. I ran my grain through twice or thrice and still had some grain that was completely untouched. The employee there did not seem very knowledgeable, and didn't seem to understand why the mill was so pathetic. (he didn't understand the concept of a good and consistent crush)

Needless to say I will not be returning to this store for my future brews. I will instead support the Winemaker's shop in Clintonville. (see my review of this store too)

I will start this review with the caveat that I live in Minneapolis about 1/4 mile from Midwest Homebrewing Supplies...and a short drive away from Northern Brewer...so with these two (in my opinion) stellar shops as my reference...I am rating Gentile's...

On a recent trip in to Columbus area to visit with my buddy...we had to go and pick up some supplies/ingredients for our planned brew day.

Average service...guy working there was moderately versed on home brewing...and I noticed he was reading a book on the subject...so that's good that he was trying to learn more! He helped us out...but my biggest dissapointment was the small selection of grains...had to substitute in for all of our grain bill...making some estimations on what would work well in place of what we wanted...guy working there...not so much help on this issue.

The grain mill at this place was horrible...a small duel roller, not adjustable...attached to a power drill that you had to pull back and forth in an attempt to actually get the grain to crack...we had to run our grains through the mill twice...and still had issues with grain not being cracked.

Prices were a bit more than I am used to for grains...and they had an odd volume based price system...(same price for all grains).

Anyway...we did end up getting ingredients...just not what we actually needed...

The brew is fermenting...so only time will tell how it all turned out!

Good luck at this place...my buddy in Columbus says that he never goes here...but because we were on a time crunch we had to go local...he generally buys from Northern Brewer online...and said that he will keep doing that...because even with shipping, he can get it cheaper, and he said the ingredients seem fresher from NB...

Anyway...decent selection of beer (pretty high priced)...seemed to be catered to wine making...if you need to get some basic ingredients...try it out...but I definitely do not recommend it...

The great thing about this place is their service, every time I've been in it seems like there is at least one person who really knows their stuff in regards to beer and home brewing, though their knowledge may lend itself more towards the wine side, beer seems to be held in at the same level as wine in this store.

The beer selection can be a tad on the expensive side though, so I don't frequently buy my drinks from here(great lakes and other local breweries are pretty much on par however). They have a pretty good selection, large row of coolers in the back next to the home brewing supplies which is supplemented by a smaller cooler and unrefrigerated
shelving near the door holding some singles and bombers.

The real deals at this store comes in the homebrewing equipment, some of the stuff is a little on the expensive side, such as the ingredients. But a great majority of the hardware to get into brewing is cheaper than I could find elsewhere, including the interweb.

This is my go to place for homebrew equipment, and not a bad place to pick up some brews if I'm feeling too lazy to hit up somewhere else to save 50 cents to a dollar on a sixer.

Just started homebrewing, and so it was great to know this place is nearby! It's nice to know they've got you covered for homebrewing emergencies, but a couple of things...

-Their beer's really expensive. Seemed like anything that wasn't a Budweiser was about 9 bucks, including Sam Adams!

And maybe as a result of their prices and general lack of turnover, stuff seems to stick around a while.

-I'm really happy they've got homebrewing supplies, but I have no idea how long that dried malt extract's been sitting there in the bags. It's fantastic they have Dried Malt Extract at all, but it seemed about a dollar more per pound than buying online. Actually their prices seem a bit uneven. Some stuff seemed really unbelievably cheap as far as homebrew goes, but some was insane. Like bottles or a bucket.

-I bought a 6er of Brooklyn Brown Ale there that was nearing its expiration date. I'm drinking it now, and it tastes totally sour. In spite of the fact it was nearing expiration, it was still about nine bucks.

-Uneven as far as staff goes. When I first went, it was during the week, and there was an older guy there who was totally friendly and interesting. Today (a Friday, there were some college-age kids there training.) Would be nice to be more consistent. Their homebrewing section seems to be exactly the right size, but first impressions indicate inventory turnover could be better.

I know they're trying to keep things up on multiple fronts, being a pizza, wine, homebrewing, wine making, and beer store all in one, but come on. If these guys changed things a bit, they'd be my go-to place for homebrew and beer:

-Decrease prices, especially by having sales on old beer.

-Do a better job of letting people know you're there. I lived within 4 blocks of this place for 5+ years and had been driving 8 miles to Kenny and Bethel for beer.

-Don't sell cheaper beer, please try to sell good beer more cheaply. This would increase product turnover and avoid things like this box of bad beer I just got from there.

-Increase confidence about the freshness of your homebrewing ingredients. Jamil Z, and other homebrewing experts harp on fresh extract for new brewers. Also who knows how long that pack of yeast has been there on the top shelf.

For beer, I think I'm sticking with kenny road market for the good stuff, and Kroger for Sierra Nevada, and in this economy, PBR.

For malt extract and stuff, I'm sticking with Midwest homebrew. It's nice to know these guys are there for emergencies.

A respectable small establishment in the heart of Grandview. As soon as you walk in you're hit in the mouth with the scent of garlic and herbs from the homemade pizza shop up front. The store portion offers a decent selection of beers and obviously an even better selection of wines being a wine cellar. As for homebrewing the selection seems "just enough" and the pricing seems to be in average-above average range. Some items seem a bit overpriced but you'll have that with the mom and pop shops, they gotta make the loot somewhere.

This is a store that seems to specialize in wine. From what I saw the wine selection was good, but this review is about beer so...here it goes.

As you walk in the door and by the counter there is a shelf and cooler section on the right hand side with glassware and singles of various sizes. The rest of the beer is located in the back of the store in coolers. Selection is just above average but I was still able to find a couple brews that I had been searching for. Employees were nice but I really did not need much help from them. Quality is good but not outstanding. Some of the breweries that were represented are: Lindemans, Ommegang, Left Hand, Weihenstephaner, St. Peters, Stone, Goose Island, Great Lakes, Shiner, Columbus Brewing, Founders, North Coast, Magic Hat, Bells, Dogfish Head, and Stoudts.

What I walked out with:
Harpoon 100 Barrel Old Rusty's Red Rye Ale
Liefmans Goudenband

They also have a decent selection of beer. Its all microbrew and in 6 packs. Did not see any 22oz or 750ml. Good homebrew stop, nut the greatest in selction when compared to kenny road market.

The service is ok. I went there one time and asked if they had any bottling buckets, the guy said no and suggested I talk to the manager tomorrow. When I called back the manager said, yeah we have too many of them. I guess they don't really communicate with their staff very well.

They offer a varied selection of domestic and import craft beers. You can expect to find some Belgian, Czech, German, and UK imports, and Bells, Avery, Arcadia, Stoudts, New Holland, GLBC, and many other domestic micros. In the cooler up front you'll find imports in bomber, 750ml, and single bottle packaging, and in the back you'll find six packs of domestic micros, 12 packs of Sierra Nevada, and macro selections.

The wine selection is solid as well. They always have a "barrel" selection (a bunch of bottles piled up in a barrel) where you can find a decent bottle for around $5.

The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and attentive, without being annoying. You can grab glassware and all you homebrewing supplies as well. Shares the space with a take-and-bake pizza shop, but the two businesses operate independently. Always worth the trip.

Great selection and nearly every offering is high quality. Many IPAs are available. Good rotating selection of seasonal beers.
Not many single 12oz bottles are available. The selection is always changing, new beers each week. Prices seem a little high, but not too bad.

They also have homebrew supplies and can offer some assistance in ingredient/equipment choices. However, their selection in this regard is somewhat limited.

They have a fairly decent wine selection and always have good deals. As this is a wine store, their knowledge of wine is superior to beer, but the great offerings they have make up for it.

Great little place in Grandview on the corner of King and Northstar. It'd be easy to drive right by it. Shares the space with a Mama Mimi's, a nice take-and-bake pizza place. So expect the smell of baking pizza to welcome you. In addition to the beers and brew supplies, they seem to be an accomplished wine seller.

Beer selection is fantastic. This may become my regular go-to for beer in Columbus. Up front is a shelf and a cooler full of six packs and singles. Loads of selection here: Stoudt's, Samuel Smith's, Sam Adams, Bell's, Founder's, CBC, GLBC, Summit, Anchor, McEwan's, and many more. Nice selection of American, UK, and Asian craft brews. A handful of American macros. Only downside is not as many German, Czech, or Belgian beers as I would have liked.

Further in the store the entire back wall is a series of coolers full of six packs. I think I uttered an audible "Holy crap" when I found it back there. It expands nicely on the selection up front. All over are signs suggesting different beers or encouraging you to ask for anything you don't see. The man at the counter really seemed to know his stuff, too. We chatted about Hoster and the Elevator, two Ohio breweries.

Seems to be a good selection of home brew supplies as well, although I didn't explore it as much.

Overall, I highly recommend checking Gentile's out.

Located in Grandview on the corner of North Star and King. This one is easy to miss. Walking in you get a blast of fresh baking pizzas which look pretty good although I've never tried them. I usually always get greeted and someone asks me if I need any help.

They aren't the most knowledgeable when it comes to homebrewing but they always have everything I've needed. The beer selection is pretty decent. Plenty of Kalamazoo, GLBC, Victory, Thirsty Dog and some nice bombers of Avery, Three Floyds, Rogue, and some typical German and Belgian beers that you can find anywhere. They also have some glassware and occasional specials.

Maybe not the place to find some of those "harder to find" beers but it's definitely my "go to" place since it's close. Kenny Rd and Andersons might be top on my list but for the location and selection, this one is right up there for me.

Decent place to get brewing supplies. Limited quantity of stuff but that leaves room for more of a variety as well. They have start-up kits for the beginning beer and wine brewer. Kind of an interesting selection of wine there along with a very well rounded variety of beers. Interestingly enough, there is a pizza shop attached to the place that has pretty good pie.

I would rate the staff higher but their knowledge of beer brewing was less than stellar. They have the stuff to do what you need to do but when it comes down to asking them how to do it, they may not be there for you. They will, however, point you into the right directions to get the knowledge that you need.

Gentile's is located in the Grandview area of Columbus and shares a space with a pizza take-out joint which is kind of peculiar. The parking spaces are pretty scarce in front of the store, so street parking may be the the only option depending on how busy they are.

Upon walking in (and going past the pizza place), it becomes immediately apparent that this place favors wine. The entire store is dedicated to lots of different wine and accessories. The beer selection is fair given the fact that it is relegated to about 1 1/2 coolers and some wall space in the back. They make pretty good use of the space though, you can find Stone, Left Hand, Swale, GLBC and others. They have a few singles and some glassware as well. They also provide some homebrew paraphernalia as well. You can find a few cigars at the counter too.

The service is decent, but it is obvious the staff knows a lot more about wine than beer, which is fine because they do have the word "Wine" in the name of their store (They have won some wine store awards according to a banner too).

All in all this is a decent spot in the immediate area (along with Spagio). However if you want a much better one there are a couple of places just 15 minutes away like Andy's or Kenny Rd Market.

If you look at their Web site you'd swear that they don't even have beer. Au contrare! They have a decent selection and the quality is not bad either. Located on a corner and with enough parking to accomodate all but the busiest of times, this little shop is a real nice place to browse through a large number of refrigerated singles. I found the service to be very helpful. There were also a fair number of sixers stacked to the rear of the store along with substantial homebrewing supplies. Worth a stop, for sure.

Okay this second location for Gentiles in Grandview is much smaller and easy to miss. It has a fairly small selection of craft beer, but makes good use of the space it has and is open until 10, which helps. But what really makes this place worth a trip is for those people considering home brewing. While maybe not as heavily promoted or big as the Winemaker's Shoppe, it does have plenty of what you need to get started with brewing your own beer. Plus better hours than the other place.
