Beer bottle (50cl), tasted in 2005.

Appearance : orange amber color (veiled), with huge white head.
Smell : wheat, clove aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : clove flavor, moderate wheat and banana flavors as well, fruity caramel finish.
Drinkability : a very good beer in the German hefeweizen style.

Typical appearance, an yellow-orange veiled color, and a good head, white and creamy.
In the smell: a sharp banana, persistent, and exaggerated.Sugary. In the background some raspberry, and maybe a hint of lactic.
Some straw scent.
A lot of carbonation at the taste, that is too sweet, and with some medicinal. Not inviting. Dry fnish, and astringent, and that's all.
Medium-light body, sweet ripe banana in the aftertaste (too sweet). Astringent.
