.5L swing-top emptied into a Pilsener.
A: Pours a pale gold with a fluffy 3-finger head (after a vigorous pour) which slowly receeds to a thick ring. Good lacing throughout.
S: Sweet malt and faint hops, citrus, earthy.
M: Light to medium body with nice, lively carbonation.
T: Sweet barley malt followed by mild, grassy Saaz hops. Citrusy at the back. A bit of extract in the astringent aftertaste.
D: Light and refreshing. Really encapsulates the style. Good solid brew from a brewery that specializes in this style. Definitely worth trying.

Pours a clear straw color with a thin lacey head and light carbonation.
The nose has some grassy notes, but I seemed to be hit with quite a bit of honey and then a whispy malt/grain smell.
The taste had noce and balanced grain and honey notes. The finish was crisp and clean with no cloying.
Mouthfeel was nice and left me rather refreshed. A decent beet to have on a hot day.

From my notes in 2008. Poured into a pint glass.
Appearance: A thin white had that has no retention. A light yellow colored beer. There is some carbonation.
Nose: Yeast, malt caramel, floral, orange, and a hint of sweetness.
Taste: A nice toasty caramelized malt with oranges, spice, and floral and some wood.
The mouth feel of the beer is carbonated astringent.
Overall: The body of the beer is medium light to a medium finish.

Opens with a soft pfftt
Pours golden/honey with a finger of pearl colored head. Average head retention & good lacing
S: Bready & grassy
T: Floral hops, slight breadyness, & a hint of diacetyl, this is a touch old perhaps, can't verify due to the indiscernible date coding... More of the same as this warms along with a slight fruittyness & some lemony & grassy hops. finishes with jammy sweetness, plus grassy hops
MF: Medium bodied, low carbonation
Drinks fairly easy, will try this again if I can get assurances of freshness ( or get in another state besides here with it's moronic beer laws )
