Brilliant crystal clear gold, white head, nice clumpy deflating cap lingers for a while leaves surprisingly generous lacing.

Not much in terms of aroma; pale malt that comes off as lightly sweet with just hints of toastiness; hops lightly present and stale.

Taste doesn’t really show much, very light malt presence, a gentle sweetness tickles the tongue, a definite, albeit light little hop kick on the finish; it has the pleasant almost cracker like aftertaste to me that lingers with those light hops.

Light body beer, that is very snappy and clean, residual sweetness but very low compared to a lot of other macro AALs; it’s effervescent but surprising smooth and creamy feeling carbonation, a light bitterness presents itself rom time to time.

It really isn’t that bad especially if you are broke and need a cheap beer. Picked up a 30 pack for $17.99 and I live in PA, the state with highest beer prices in the nation.
It’s a pissy yellow color but it does have a moderate head unlike most macros. All I can smell is corn. It’s tastes differently, though, with a bit of darker tasting malts. Definitely more than Bud or Coors. Nothing offensive about the taste. A bit of a light twangy flavor at the end but pretty smooth and not sweet, which I like. Listen, if this Trois Pistoles? Absolutely not, but there are worse beers out there that are much more expensive.

If you are not strohs then you are not drinking cheap beer! This is my go to when I’m going out to a party and am looking to crush a bunch. Very watered down, just something to drink on a social occasion

I get what others are saying, for the style this really isn't bad. Its real cheap at least but definitely not "piss water" as some would say. Craft breweries have packaged and shipped way worse products that this one.

I will always be confused when fellow reviewers give these adjuncts abnormally low reviews. You are comparing against the style, not what you think makes you look like a cool beer reviewer. This particular brew is perfectly fine for the style.

This beer was the big boy on the block when I was in high school and first time in the service. Drank a lot of this at that time and liked it. Now not so much but it would be better than nothing, I guess.

Has a nice slight floral hop to it. Similar to Hamm's not in taste but in character. It's not your average mass produced AAL that tastes like wet cardboard but has a flavor that makes you look forward to the next can.
