Pours a crystal clear light yellow color with a 1 inch white head that fades to a film on the top of the beer. Small random spots of lace form on the glass on the drink down. Smells of corn flakes, sugar, and slight cooked veggies. Taste is of sweetened corn flakes and other grains. This beer has a high level of carbonation and is very crisp and clean in the mouth. Overall, this is a pretty good beer and my favorite macro beer I have tried thus far in my life. A nice go to beer when you are looking for something cheap.

I rated this all 5's across the board because of the style. This beer has nothing that a Beer Advocate should search for or ponder. This is the ultimate, inoffensive, find-anywhere brew that you end your night with or drink at parties. It's cheaper and tastes better than the less cost-efficient alternatives (Budweiser, Miller, or Coors). It's hard to defend macro-lager once you've tasted the grass from the greener side, but this is my end-all cheap beer. All hail the Blue Ribbon (I always joke when I drink this beer, "Selected as America's Best in 1893...and never again"). My ancestors knew what they were talkin' about.

PBR is the staple of my drinking life. I have always enjoyed the smooth flavor and found it goes great no matter what I am doing. I have had some deep conversations over this beer but I've also found great comfort in watching TV and sipping one.
A-It is about what you would expect in a glass. However, to be fair, I will review the bottle. It is like an American flag to me. Every single time I see one I think Amuuurica!
S-The smell is a little nonexistent. It is made up for in flavor.
T-The taste is delicious and very crisp.
M-It has a nice refreshing feel in the mouth.
O-I love this beer and would recommend it for anyone!
Cheap and delicious!
