12oz bottle, pilsener glass, dated 10/25/10.
Pale straw with a glorified AAL flash in the pan head. In all honesty, the head is better than some others in the style.
Soap, minerals, grassy hops.
Minimally sweet corn or Pilsener malt, grass, a slight white pepperiness, and saltine. To me, PBR has a hop edge that no other macro lagers I've had, have.
We all know what average for the style is; fizzy, thin, but redeemingly refreshing at the right times.
Sure, better than most other AAL in my mind, so golf, beer pong is usually when I'll suck this one down.

Surprisingly full of character, and not like other American lagers. Much better - and plenty of history to boot ! I love the retro renewal - goes great with a sandwich, hot dog, at the ball park, picnic, Sunday afternoon on the driveway, whatever. Great stuff!
