A: half finger head on a very slightly hazy pale golden straw body.

S: sweet corn and grain. Very simple.

T: style macro lager sweet corn, plae malts and lightly musty grains. Aftertaste isn't too bad. Doesn't linger long.

S: Light body and very high carbonation. A little creamier than most.

Overall: other than the mouthfeel this is a standard adjunct lager. Very drinkable but not very special.

Okay, a little background before we begin. First, this only recently started showing up in my corner of the Triangle. Anything new and cheap is almost certain to get reviewed quickly by me, especially in the summer mowing and weeding season. Second, I am not from Baltimore; what is up with the handlebarred corporate logo only having one eye? Is there a story behind this or is it just one of those beer mysteries we've learned to live with?

Anyhoo, yes, I am reviewing this beer. It is a thin, straw color with a tiny cap of head. Nose is malted corn and a touch of something too close to urine for my taste, particularly considering the color. Taste is lousy in a weak, inoffensive way. A touch of hops in the finish but the aftertaste is sour and astringent. Carbonation is probably the most aggressive aspect of this beer, which is usually not a good sign. I've had seltzers with more flavor and less bubbles.

All that said, this is comically easy to put down in quantity, which has its virtues. I will get this on occasion, although it is not up there with PBR and Schlitz, which are the outside beers of summer in my book.

A - Straw color, fizzy with a white head that disappears within milliseconds. No lacing. 2.0

S - Corn, adjunct malt and a slight metallic scent (most likely from the can). 2.0

T - Light, crisp, very drinkable as a session beer. Otherwise it's nearly tasteless. I wouldn't drink this unless I was planning to get very, very drunk. 2.5

M - Very carbonated and light. Almost to the point of turning your stomach if you drink it too fast. Seriously, they need to tone the carbonation on this beer down. 2.5

O - Really not impressed by this brew. I thought Pabst would try to put out something a notch above what they usually do...but instead they put out their own version of Coors Light. Watery, excessively carbonated and boring. Avoid this brew unless you're trying to get sh*tfaced. 2.5

20th Anniversary Camden Yards can. Badass. 16oz. Poured into a Natty Boh pint. This will probably be a short review since there's not too much to this beer.

Appearance: Clear straw yellow. Fizzy white one finger head. that fades quickly to a ring along the top of the glass.

Aroma: Adjunct corn. Very light grassy hops.

Taste: Basically same as aroma. Minimal pale malt and hop characteristic.

Mouthfeel: Light bodied. Moderate carbonation. Pretty drinkable, very crisp. Pretty much the official beer you should drink at O's games. Tastes better and cheaper than your usual macros.

Taking into account that this is a cheap beer and knowing that, it should reviewed as such and compared to other lower mass produced beer. I didnt think that this beer had any great qualities for this self proclaimed category but when in Maryland you must drink what the locals drink, Its a pretty decent beer not the greatest but good for a good backyard party exactly how I had it so if you need a cheap beer and your perhaps from out-of-state could be a good change up from the usual

Served on tap at Shucker's Baltimore, MD.

(Appearance) a clean-filtered light amber color with no head to speak of. Highly carbonated with big bubbles. Appearance is typical of its style, falling through with head quality and appears light in content. 3

(Smell) Very light aromatics, hardly anything to speak of, besides a watery pale malt and a hint of wheat. Embarrassingly underwhelming aroma. 2

(Taste) Extremely light flavor, watered down pale malts. One minor step away from water. On a few points this makes it a very drinkable beer in large quantities. Malt flavor and little else. Loses points for being below average flavor. 2.5

(Mouthfeel) Crisp flavor with enough air to remind me that I'm not drinking water. Very light body, low/no alcohol presence. Decent pairing with the taste. 3.5

(Overall) it's what you'd expect from a popular local lager. At a good price, it would make a fair trip substitute for something like Budweiser or Miller, but over craft options, it's not even worth the couple of bucks. One of the lightest flavored AA lagers I have ever had, and there's little wrong with that if you're in the right mode. 3

A - pours golden with a soapy white head that dissapated quickly. Nothing special here.

S - smells is clean. Some corn husk and cooked vegetables are in there. A little bit of white bread too.

T & M - sweet cream corn dominates with a slight huskiness to it. Virtually no hop presence. Light mouthfeel with a moderate carbonation. Ticklish.

O - this beer is nothing special. It is however good for what it is. It obviously sets out to be lighter and easy drinking-which it most certainly is. Plus, being from Bmore, I can't hate on natty boh!

I've been finding myself moving towards a lot of these light lagers as the warm weather approaches. Picked up a pack of this for the patio and was content on drinking it from the can with the exception of this one for review!

A: Crystal clear... a pale golden yellow, as I'd expect--though it seems like it might be a touch darker than the norm. The head was surprisingly full... about a finger tall, receding to half of that quite quickly, followed by a slower recession.

S + T: Both the aroma and flavor feature a pretty straight forward corn quality paired with what I would consider to be a greater than average balance of malts, providing a smooth and sweet flavor that is a little more robust than many adjunct lagers. Hop presence is minimal and barely makes an impact, but it wasn't really expected.

M + D: An easy downer--moderate carbonation keeps it from stinging like a soda. A good, simple, outdoor beer that I was satisfied spending some time in the sun with.
