Mr. Oliver generally does a pretty good job with each style he attacks, and this one is a fine example. It's pretty new in bottles, and I'm having trouble with the lime-green label. Orangey yellow color with a fluffy white head. Aroma is yeasty and fruity, with clove coming through. Flavor is rich and tart with a smooth mouthfeel. Very crisp and fresh, but most of the flavor seems to come through in the finish and aftertaste with lots of clove and a bit of pine. Perhaps a little too sweet and clovey to have high drinkability.
