12oz Pint glass - on draft
A - No head at all when served (the bars fault I am sure), so I have to give a low appearance rating from that. Beer was a dark brown with a more dark amber color in the light.
S - Roasted nutty aroma, not too strong
T - Brown ales may not be for me either, although there was a nutty flavor, the beer had a real sour note (again, possibly an issue with the bar), but this has happened before with me when drinking brown ales. The nutty roasted flavor gives way to a sour finish, not to my liking.
M - Surprisingly, with no head on the beer, there was a decent carbonation while drinking.
D - Just did not enjoy the flavor, and switched to SA Noble Pils for my second beer of the night. I was not enjoying the sour flavor of the beer.
O - I may have to rewrite this, but not a great experience with this Ale, I have heard great things about Brooklyn brewery, so I will be trying more from them.

Poured this into a glass, it has a Mahogany color body with thin head. The aroma has roasty malt and a little hop coming from it. The taste has a roasty, chocolaty up front and a little hop towards the back. The malt is more dominant than the hops. Mouthfeel is smooth and overall a good beer.
