An orange can! for a golden orange English IPA. Poured into a .5 L cylinder.
Brooklyn Brewery logo (but truth is it's made upstate in Utica... bet Brooklyn actually has better Adironack water and less fracking).
Just a reminder - Cans:
1) Better for the earth are infinitely recyclable.
2) Store & transport smaller!
3) Less energy and greener.
4) Less light degradation and I cannot tell the diff and I bet you cant either!
Appearance: More golden-amber, than orange. Pours a big head but settles to a thin white head. Cloudy not clear. Low carbonation.
Smell: Best part. Great with spicy food. Loads of spice, mint, hop aromas, with a sweetness and complimentary to spicy food. Lasting and evolving aroma.
Taste: very original hop flavor. Great with food, less good stand alone.
Feel: Low cards, medium body, lots of tongue tingle (almost too much without food to counter).
Trying for the replication of true ENGLISH long-haul IPA style. Not an American style. Since it's called East India, apt for Indian, Asian, African, Caribbean, and south hemisphere food.
I really go back and forth with this one. Scratch my head when without food, totally enjoy with spicy food. so there you have it.

Nice english IPA of a hazy orange/ocher color that goes to a yellowish tone in the corners of the glass. Foam is ok.
Smell and taste are full of citrus, specially lemon, orange and grapefruit. Pear and apple tones also appear and that makes this beer quite juicy. Maltiness, bitterness and hoppines are at an ok level but could be higher, specially maltiness.
Body is ok too. Didn't enjoy the mouthfeel too much because of the acidity that comes in corners of the lips.
