Get some label design skillz and report back. I respect the style and method used to re-create a historical perspective of brewing. Its almost more intriguing to match this up with something else like a Fat Tire to draw out the comparisons. Magically this beer still holds up as soo many homebrews of just canned extract tend to fall short. Also wondering what sort of international beer cartel you work with to get distributed so widely?
A: Nice rocky head with tight, fine bubbles. Consistent lacing around glass. Effervescence is consistent. Amber gold is right!
S: Smells great, citrusy to be sure. Nothing overly wet about the hops but an all extract beer may change the aroma. Less hearty smell.
T: A bit on the light side for me. It seems watered down and finishes all too quickly. Having said that its got a nice nut flavor. Intriguing for lager. Reminds me of Fat Tire with less undertones of hazelnut.
M: The lack of lingering action in the mouth doesnt hurt this beer, just would preferably want more.
D: It goes down easily, I can see eating with this beer. Certainly not a dessert unto itself. Id go back for another one.
