Served unto a tankard.
Appearance: Pours a reddish-brown. Head was roughly 3/4 of an inch with a hard pour. Settled real quick after a sip.
Smell: Hard hops with slight hints of fruit.
Taste: Malty hops not overly bitter and pretty damn smooth.
Mouth: Medium to slight heavy carbonation. After taste is there going back and forth with (colby jack) cheese pairings.
Overall: Perfect all around beer, no matter how hot or cold it or how your feeling you will adapt lovely to this beer. In essence it might have properties of other famous micro-brewed lagers if you know what I mean. I call Brooklyn lager my number 2 when it comes to lagers you know who's number 1, Enjoy!

Had on draft during the Celtics game at the TD Garden.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a color color with good clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Spotty lacing down the glass ad the beer was drank.
Smell: Slight toasted and caramel malts with some lager yeast and citrusy hops.
Taste: Same as above. Balanced and simple.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, a little bitterness, light bodied, medium carbonation, and a little chewy.
Overall: A good Vienna lager. Not the best, not the worst, but better than average. Enjoyable, simple, and easy to drink.

12 ounce bottle poured into a pint glass - drank cold from the refrigerator.
A - Poured a light copper color with a good thick long lasting head as well as significant lacing.
S - A nice combination of citrusy hops and malt sweetness.
T - Started with the citrusy hops and ended with a nice sweet malt finish.
M - Good body and carbonation level.
O - A really refreshing lager that could be a great session beer.
