The truth is I am really not a personal fan of this type of lager. That said, this is much better than almost any other American Malt Lagers that I've had.
Appearance: This beer pours a coppery light brown, decent white head.
Smell: Raw barley was the overwhelming aroma. There was also malts, and a bit of green (hops) in the nose.
Taste: I found the taste to be a bit watery, with lots of empty space. Light malts up front with a quite hoppy aftertaste. Above average compared to American Macros but certainly not a very interesting beer in comparison to other craft beers or American All-Malt Lagers. Aproachable.
Mouthfeel: A bit thin and watery; typical of an American lager but certainly nothing special in the mouthfeel (just okay).
Drinkability: There is nothing very interesting about this beer but it is cool clear and refreshing, like water. It is definitely a significantly sessionable beer, with low ABV and no extreme flavors you could drink it all night; and still walk home (w/o stumbling).
Hope this is helpful.

Pours a nice amber/copper, ample head....floral & fruity nose....the taste was again fruity with more hop character than i would have expected...fresh, lively mouthfeel, somewhat creamy....more like a pale ale than a lager i would say but quite drinkable nonetheless

Appearance - This was a light yellow in color with a modest head.
Smell - The aroma here is overly grainy and rough. It smelled more like an adjunct macro than a quality beer from BB.
Taste - Very disappointing. The grain was cheap and just wouldn't quit. From beginning to end this beer left a foul, graining taste in my mouth.
Mouthfeel - This was light-bodied and watery with a fizzy carbonation that made me think I was drinking a wine cooler.
Sinkability - Well I couldn't really pour this in the sink because I was at the pub, but I was drinking it so slow that the barmaid came over while I still had half a pint left and asked me if I wanted something else. I have had so many good beers from this brewery it's hard to believe that this came from the same place.

A: Brownish lager with a single finger head and
good lacing. Head retention left much to be
S: Malty with hints of alcohol and grain.
T: Malty brew with a grainy aftertaste.
M: Thin with little to no character provided by
D: This far surpasses your macro lager but
leaves me wanting more in a lager from this

Brooklyn Lager 5.2% alcohol. Got this one gallon growler from Brewers Pizza Orange Park Florida. $20... a tad pricey anyways.
Growler pour into pint glass.
A- Pours a deep amber fluid that has perfect clairity. Produces a tight bubbley head leaving excellent lacing behind.
S- Slightly citrusy and floral... strange for a lager. Small amount of carmel malt scents in the nose as well.
T-M- Taste is refreshing and definitly different than most lagers i've had its almost a pale ale taste upfront. Fresh citrus and lemon hops upfront with a mild but malty backbone of carmel and toffee. Mouthfeel is creamy and lightly carbonated leaving no reason to hate.
D- Drinkablity is great and easy at that. Its a drinker and alot of at that! Cheers!

Well, if there was a score for the beer's branding I would have given it a 5. In fact the branding was so smart that I initially thought there might be some large brewery (e.g. AB, Coors, etc...) behind this label, so I was initially cautious about drinking the stuff.
I think it possessed some good characteristics:
- nice clean citrusy aroma
- very nice color
- a healthy head
- very drinkable
But I think it fell flat in the taste department. By no means was it bad... but it seemed to lack a personality in it's flavor... a very neutral experience... like the Switzerland of Lagers.
I checked out their website. Looks like a nice bunch of people running/working at the place. I also see their other creations are very well rated. I may try some of their other offerings.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a pint glass.
A: Orange-gold in color, clear, with a frothy white head. The head reduced but didn't dissipate completely, leaving a thick uneven layer of bubbles. Good lacing.
S: Heavy of pale malt with significant, but not overbearing, hop notes. Other items on the nose include light yeasty & bread grain type aromas.
T: Heavier malts than I would expect in a lager, but for the better. The balance is very good with a bit is a split in flavors - light and caramel malts at the onset, diminishing to the lighter hop bittering toward the finish. The finish is a bit thin and lingers to mild hops and eventually clean.
M&D: The mouthfeel is rather a bit toward medium at first but sort of finishes with a bit watery. This isn't a bad thing, in fact it works well with this brew. The carbonation is very light, matching everything well. I nice lager, very enjoyable, and one I would drink again anytime.

A: a light translucent amber color, a fizzling white foam that receded quickly.
S: some hop character is evident with an overshadowing of malt.
T: a somewhat bready taste that is laced with the sweetness of hops.
MF/D: nothing special in the mouth, neither heavy or light. a great sessionable summer afternoon beer.

Presentation: 12 oz. brown bottle with a clearly marked best before date, and ingredients (water, malt, hops, yeast).
Appearance: Clear golden-straw colour with a fine white head.
Smell: Very fresh, clean, with hints of malt.
Taste: A light, smooth malty flavour. Splashes of lemon sourness and a distinct hop bite.
Notes: Good drinking all around. This is a traditional lager, with all the characteristics one would expect from "The Pre-Prohibition Beer" as it states on the label.
