Good beach brew. Light, fresh taste with a hint of citrus and a slight grapefruit aftertaste. Not overly carbonated or bitter. A good summer beer.

A-Golden ale color, clear without a hint of haziness, lightly carbonated.
S-Not much, very little hop or malt aroma
T-Must admit a rather bland taste experience. A very minute hop flavor but the malt has a decent body. The yeast provides a breadiness and it delivers a clean finish.
M-
O-This beer offers some pleasing malt and yeast character, but I expected a fruity and lush taste profile.

The beer pours some nice white head that dissipates quickly. The beer color is a hazy medium gold that looks nice.

The beer smell is fairly sweet from the pale malts and a nice hop bite. However, the hops bitterness is a bit light and occasionally is overwhelmed by the sweetness.

The beer taste is pretty disappointing compared to the smell. While the smell had a strong malt presence, the taste does not. The sweet pale malt is still there but it's weak in comparison to the hops. Likewise, the hops taste is fairly bitter but unusually light.

The mouthfeel is fairly light and a little bit watery. There is some carbonation but it doesn't seem to save the dissapointment.

Overall, a pretty disappointing but otherwise drinkable summer ale. The smell was a real pleaser and set some expectations the taste did not meet.

A huge disappointment. Why should I pay such a premium price for a beer which is barely distinguishable from Budweiser ?

Normal pilsner style ale, light malt and straw, not much else. Drinkable and inoffensive

With a straight pour into a standard pint, I got that classic amber with a thick foamy head. The beer had just the right amount of tight little bubbles to come off as crisp, but remains smooth and very drinkable. The head was aromatic; sweet and a touch of fruit, though not much depth. That essentially describes the taste. Light and sweet with a clean finish. If you concentrate you almost get a hint of white grape and honey on the tale end. IF you concentrate. To me it screams 'Summer' It's the type of ale I plan on downing by the gallon with some friends and some barbecue on a summer night. Nothing complicated, just a good time in a bottle at a reasonable price. This may be my standard guzzler for a month or so.

P: 12oz bottle into a perfect pint glass.

A: Golden amber that's just a bit hazy. A slightly underwhelming half inch white head that quickly fades into a coating on top of the beer. Very little lacing in the glass.

S: Sweet bread-like grain and fruity hops, a touch floral but in my opinion fruit is more discernible.

T: Sweet malt, bread-like in flavor as well. Bitterness is clean and doesn't overpower the malt. Pleasant to drink but ultimately run-of-the-mill.

F: Moderate body and carbonation. I'd probably consider most summer beers to be a touch lighter in body than this but it's not bad.

O: Refreshing if not a bit generic. I could see myself drinking this during the warmer months but nothing about it will have me running out to pick up a case. It would probably do well at a party with wide ranging tastes in beer, craft drinkers would be satisfied and light beer fans wouldn't be overwhelmed.

Botttle served into an iced mug. Really nice looking beer. It has a golden hue and a nice head. Not much to smell although I'm a little stuffed up. Very nice feel in the mouth. Tastes pretty watery. This beer is meant to be drinkable by the masses so that makes sense but not my thing.

Beautiful golden color with thick foamy head that fades quickly with nice lacing. Light citrus taste with sweet breadiness from the two row barley. Just enough hop finish to make it interesting. Definitely a great beer when you're packing the cooler for a hot Summer afternoon at the beach.
