Recommended by a few BA's, I picked up a 22 oz. bomber of this over the weekend. Corked with a wire champagne cage, in the simple act of untwisting the wires and reaching for my beer mug, the cork exploded to the ceiling and scared the crap out of me. Beer immediately frothed out of the bottle and all over the kitchen counter and the floor. And no, I didn't even shake it up. I managed to save about half the bottle.
A: Waaaayyy too much head. From what I did pour out of the bottle with the most gentle of angled pours, it frothed up immediately into a huge 6" frosty white head in the mug. Retention is astounding as I let it sit in the mug for a solid five minutes with no reduction. Clings and laces like a MF'er. If you're looking for beer foam as a cooking ingredient, this is your beer. Don't even attempt to shake one of these suckers up as a joke. You'll kill somebody. When it did settle down, it was a medium bodied amber color.
S: Smells of biscuity, yeasty beer foam. Some notes of citrus and sweet malts on the nose.
T: Although balanced and not overly alcoholic, Lacks the depth of flavor and complexity found in true Belgian big beers. No dried fruity notes, no hops.... it's like drinking a lite Belgian beer (if that's possible).
M: Sudsy with heavy carbonation (like a coors). No bitters from the hops.
D: If you can get past wasting half the beer in foam form, it's drinkable but there just isn't as much there as others in this style. Putting this one in the pass pile.

A: Foggy golden with tons of fine carbonation, 3 fingers of light yellow tinged white head. Good retention.
S: Sweet and caramel like, light fruity and floral qualities. Daisies, and cantelope.
T: Belgian yeast, light lemon tartness, la fair amount of sweetness, sight bitterness on the finish. Really hides the alcohol, and is much like a white wine in dryness. Sharp cheddar like quality.
M: A lot of fine bubbled carbonation, a little thickness to the body, but it comes across as light, airy and dry. Really well done.
O: An excellent brew. Great mouth feel, very mellow in taste, definitely a Belgian style beer. Bought in Boca Raton, drank on Deerfield Beach, July 15, 2014.
